Tyler J. Lindberg is an attorney in the Pasadena office of Vanderford & Ruiz, LLP. He focuses his practice on insurance defense, insurance coverage, rail, premises liability, personal injury defense and general litigation.
Mr. Lindberg has represented several large international insurance companies, and has successfully defended small businesses, railroads, and individuals from a wide range of claims. Recently, Mr. Lindberg obtained victory on a motion for terminating sanctions based upon a Plaintiff’s discovery violations.
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Lindberg worked in a ranch in Colorado, running herd on one hundred horses in the Rocky Mountains. Before joining Vanderford & Ruiz, LLP, Mr. Lindberg externed with the Honorable Susan M. Speer of the Los Angeles County Superior Court, as well as with the Ventura and Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Offices.
Mr. Lindberg received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, where he was on the staff of the Southwestern Law Review. A graduate of Southwestern’s nationally heralded two-year accelerated J.D. program, Mr. Lindberg received CALI Awards for Contracts II, Property, Torts Litigation Practice, Remedies, and Constitutional Law II. Mr. Lindberg received a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Southern California. He is licensed to practice law before all courts in the State of California, and is admitted to practice before the United States Central District Court of California.
Away from the office, Mr. Lindberg enjoys exploring local trails, both on foot and on horseback.
