John R. Meehan is a partner in the San Francisco/Bay Area office. He has experience in handling a broad range of civil litigation matters and has advised clients in claims involving personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, employment, professional errors & omissions and product liability. He also has extensive expertise in representing design professionals and contractors in construction defect claims. In his more than 30 years as a practicing attorney, John has accrued a vast and successful trial and appellate record.
Mr. Meehan also advises clients on a full range of risk management and pre-litigation dispute resolution strategies, and has extensive experience in mediating and arbitrating matters on behalf of clients.
John received his law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law (1986), where he was on the Board of Editors at the Pacific Law Journal. He obtained an undergraduate degree in History from the University of Oregon (1983).
