My 40 plus years of practice includes extensive litigation experience in commercial and personal lines insurance defense, involving homeowners and automobile claims, actions against commercial businesses and property owners, notably including large healthcare systems and hospitals, for general and premises liability claims, and commercial contracts.

Real estate experience including landlord-tenant issues.

Experienced in trial, arbitration, mediation, and appellate court appearances.

Founding partner of a busy defense litigation firm for 35 years, and more recently served as Assistant General Counsel at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.

I graduated with honors from Loyola Law School and have earned an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, its highest rating in ethics and ability, for over 35 years.
