Diana Cho (State Bar No. 297346) is a litigation associate who focuses her practice on personal injury and wrongful death defense, premises liability, and general civil litigation.  Ms. Cho has managed cases from inception to resolution, achieving dismissals or cost-efficient early settlements by thoroughly investigating all claims and strategically advancing legal analyses.  Ms. Cho’s clients have included cities, insurance carriers, major corporations, contractors, and local business owners.

Ms. Cho received her B.A. in Criminology, Law & Society from the University of California, Irvine with a minor in Political Science.  She received her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law where she served as the Vice President and Social Chair of Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.

Prior to joining Vanderford & Ruiz, LLP, she worked as a litigation attorney at a boutique trial law firm specializing in products liability and high exposure defense litigation.

Ms. Cho is licensed to practice law before all courts in the State of California and is admitted to practice before the United States Central District Court of California.
