Todd A. Picker is a partner in the Orange County office of Vanderford & Ruiz, LLP. His practice focuses on insurance coverage, personal injury, professional errors and omissions (defense of attorneys, insurance agents and brokers, and real estate professionals) and business cases.
For over a decade Mr. Picker has carried an AV rating (highest Ethical Standard and Legal Ability) by Martindale Hubble. Mr. Picker represents large institutional clients and businesses, both large and small, based throughout California. He has successfully represented clients at trial in cases before the California State Superior Courts and in Federal Court. He has also successfully argued cases before the California courts of appeal, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the Ninth Circuit, and the Arizona Court of Appeals.
Mr. Picker received his law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law (1987), where he was a member of the Pacific Law Review and served as an assistant editor of the Legislative Review. He received his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Washington in Seattle (1984).
